The 4th:

Trying Again....

Ok, so here is another attempt to keep my blog updated! Easier said than done..... If I were to summarize the last few months that I have been absent from the blogger world, I would say things have been busy to say the least and are sometimes better said in photos.....

JUNE:
Ed and I participated in the Livestrong ride to raise money for cancer research, I did the 70 mile ride and Ed did the 100 mile ride (by mistake....he took the wrong turn and we got separated, he got lost and had to finish with the 100 milers), so I have no pics of his ride!!
I was invited to the pasta dinner the night prior to the ride......yes...that's Lance Armstrong there!

Fort Night

A few weeks ago we made a fort for the boys in our family room and watched the Golden Compass together. They thought it was the coolest thing ever so we (Ben, Jack and I) even ended up spending the night in the fort, indoor camping as the the boys called it!

I know it's been a month...............

since my last blog.

I am going to try to keep up better with my blogging this summer......promises, promises.

The kids have been out of school almost one week now and we've managed to see & do quite a bit. Here are some photos from our outing to the Magnus Tree and Nature Park, as you can see in the photos the kids really enjoyed themselves, especially in the second to last photo where Ben and Jack are playing swords with big sticks they found (boys will be boys)!
